I am Crystal Clark, the Founder and CEO of HomeLend Advisors. We are a mortgage consulting firm specializing in assisting individuals who have recently faced mortgage loan rejections. With over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry and licensed as a loan officer in both North and South Carolina, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of the mortgage process.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my previous roles as a Loan Officer, Mortgage Coach and loan processor, I identified a critical need to provide additional support to clients who encountered obstacles in obtaining loan approvals. Many of these individuals had faced rejections from other lenders without clear guidance on how to proceed. While it is common practice for loan officers to prioritize working with qualified homebuyers to facilitate timely closings, my passion lies in assisting those who initially do not meet the criteria. There is immense satisfaction in guiding clients through the necessary steps to enhance their eligibility and witness them successfully closing on a loan!
